About The Position
The Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Colorado Behavior and Learning Group is responsible for crisis management, supervision, and safety of residents with special needs. This role involves implementing treatment plans, modeling effective behaviors, and providing direct care to individuals with various diagnoses, including Autism and ADHD. The DSP serves as a positive role model and works closely with residents to manage severe behavioral issues. The position requires flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and overnight shifts, and reports to the BCBA Program Manager.
