About The Position

We are hiring DSPs who are professional, energetic, and nurturing. You will provide hands-on support to individuals in their homes as they work on daily activities and long-term goals. This includes activities such as meal preparation, enhancing social skills, providing companionship, community outings, and more.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Willingness to drive company vehicles
• Pass a fingerprint criminal background check
• Pass a child abuse and neglect check
• Pass a drug screen
• Provide original document showing high school completion or equivalency
• Residency for the past 2 years
• Provide current documents verifying identity and ability to work in the U.S.
• Two verifiable employment references within the last 3 years
• Proof of valid driver's license at the time of interview

Nice To Haves

• Certified to administer medication (training available if not certified)

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support to individuals in their homes
• Assist individuals with daily activities and long-term goals
