About The Position

As a DSP you will use your caregiving and people skills to support individuals living with developmental disabilities to achieve their goals. You can get paid to take someone to the park while making a difference in their life!  Hourly rate starting at $17.00 per hour, Full-Time Schedule (30 hrs/wk): Thursday-Saturday 10PM-8AM at group home located in Woodbridge, VA 22193. Requirements

  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental health challenges, or transferrable skills that relate to serving this population (such as experience in education, caregiving, health care, other human services or customer service)
  • Ability to pass criminal background check
  • Ability to pass required trainings
