Requirements

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental health challenges, or transferrable skills that relate to serving this population.
• Ability to pass criminal background check.
• Ability to pass required trainings.
• A Valid driver’s license, minimum three-year acceptable driving record and reliable transportation.
• A High school diploma or GED.
• Flexibility and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals living with developmental disabilities to achieve their goals.
• Work in residential group homes, day programs, and in the community.
• Transport individuals using agency provided van.
