As a DSP-3 Activity Coordinator at TERI’s Center for the Arts, you’ll work directly with adults with developmental disabilities— particularly individuals with multiple or severe disabilities— in a creativity-focused environment. In addition to providing direct support, you’ll take an active role in shaping and adapting activities so every participant can engage meaningfully in art, music, movement, and life skills programming with the least amount of assistance possible. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on while supporting and guiding others. You’ll help set the tone for engaging, inclusive programming, collaborate closely with supervisors, and serve as a resource and mentor to DSP staff— contributing to a positive, supportive environment where participants and staff alike can thrive.
