About The Position

We're looking for a DSP-1 Integrated Employment Job Coach who thrives in dynamic environments and is committed to a rotating schedule across multiple job sites throughout North County San Diego. TERI changes the way the world sees, helps, and empowers individuals touched by special needs. The TERI Campus of Life models a more integrated society where the entire community learns, creates, and lives well side-by-side. Here, the Job Coach is responsible for training, direct support, and oversight of Interns enrolled in TERI's Integrated Employment Program. This includes documentation, progress reporting, and helping build relationships with local businesses to serve as job training sites. This position is ideal for someone who embraces change and understands the importance of consistency and follow-through in supporting individuals with unique abilities. The role may include multi-month assignments at different sites- such as Vista, San Marcos, or Escondido- with varied schedules (e.g., 10am-5pm for one rotation, 8am-3pm for another). Flexibility and adaptability are essential for success in this position.
