The Equestrian Professional supports TERI’s equestrian program by assisting with therapeutic riding lessons and providing daily care for horses and program facilities. This role plays a key part in creating a safe, structured, and engaging environment where individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities can build confidence, develop skills, and experience the benefits of equine-assisted activities. Working closely with program leadership, the Equestrian Professional contributes to both client support and overall program operations through hands-on instruction, collaboration, and a commitment to safety, quality care, and meaningful impact.
