Lakeland Village Residential Habilitation Center is looking for an Adult Training Specialist 2 to join their dedicated team of professionals who provide 24-hour residential and specialized care for clients with developmental and intellectual disabilities. This unique role blends hands-on resident engagement with culinary support in a dynamic classroom or coffee shop training setting. You'll spend approximately 2 hours daily engaging directly with residents, and the remaining time preparing meals, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen space, and supporting vocational programming.
