We are seeking a Facility Manager to join our team to support maintenance and operations for the Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) at the Special Commitment Center (SCC) on McNeil Island. In this role, as a member of the Finance, Technology, and Analytics Administration (FTAA), Maintenance and Operations Division (MOD) team, you will be responsible for the direct management and daily supervision of the facility's operations and maintenance staff, electrical distribution, steam generation, and mechanical and equipment maintenance and repair. You will be accountable to ensure that the building and related building support equipment are maintained at optimum service levels through monitoring, rapid response to issues, and maintaining the required skills and capacity within the team. You will be directing and developing the facilities maintenance staff, managing the maintenance budget, and providing effective and consistent management of equipment maintenance and operations as needed.
