About The Position
The Nurse Supervisors that we are looking for will demonstrate compassionate patient care, a strong work ethic, and consistently display good judgment to provide supportive leadership on the ward they will supervise. The key to your success will be your ability to communicate with clarity to the team you supervise and your interactions with staff. We are excited to have RNs join our team at Eastern State Hospital in leadership roles. ESH Nurse Supervisors serve in a role that provides services that empower people, instill hope, and support self-discovery and independence. We are offering full-time and part-time, all shifts, and on-call. Evening shift and night shift RNs will receive supplemental pay. Opportunities performed on-site at this work location at least three days a week may be eligible for an additional 5% premium pay in addition to the advertised salary.
