Working closely with vocational rehabilitation counselors, you help keep daily operations steady and organized. You gather important information, communicate with vendors, track progress toward employment goals, and keep records accurate and easy to access. You also support the flow of the office by managing the front desk, guiding visitors, and helping people understand what to expect during their journey with us.

  • Schedule interpreters, service providers, and meetings; collect diagnostic information; and alert counselors to delays affecting eligibility timelines.
