About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Real estate sales license and knowledge of ARGUS preferred.
• Working knowledge of fundamental real estate finance concepts including market and investment analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Ability to work and meet project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate math skills, including the ability to calculate percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of ARGUS software.

Responsibilities

• Assist producer(s) in day-to-day responsibilities including packaging, lender due diligence, negotiation process, commitment process, and closing process.
• Gather moderate to complex data on local, regional, and national commercial real estate markets from various sources.
• Organize, evaluate, interpret, and summarize data for management review.
• Prepare analyses, statements, and reports, including graphics or illustrations to accompany research findings.
• Prepare forecasts and analyze trends in commercial mortgage finance and general business conditions.
• Prepare loan submission reports for review by loan producers.
• Connect with clients, lenders, and government agencies to complete tasks.
