The DSD Scan Coordinator at Marina Marketplace is responsible for managing item batches in a retail database, ensuring accurate pricing and inventory management. This role involves auditing invoices, creating promotional materials, and maintaining the database for all SKUs, while also performing various office duties as needed.

Build item batches in a retail database program reflecting a new retail price, starting and ending dates.
Audit hand-received invoices to a database retail program.
Create ad signs and shelf tags as needed.
Physically change prices on the sales floor, including daily produce price changes and vendor updates.
Creation and maintenance of new items, assorted reports, and other duties as assigned.
Maintain database on all SKUs.
Perform miscellaneous office duties.

Must pass pre-employment drug screening and be at least 18 years of age.
Must be a current employee of Marina Marketplace.
Strong knowledge of Windows Operating System.
Ability to operate standard office equipment and possess strong computer skills.
10 Key by touch proficiency.
Good organizational skills and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Ability to lift 50 pounds or more on a continual basis.
May be required to start at 5:00 AM to receive vendors with a hand-held device.
