About The Position
The position of Senior Project Manager for Commercial Drywall involves overseeing and managing various commercial drywall projects from inception to completion. This role is critical in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial drywall construction, with at least 10 years of experience in project management or estimating. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. In addition to project management duties, the Senior Project Manager will also be involved in estimating project costs, preparing bids, and managing project budgets. Proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff/QuickBid and/or Plexxis Software is essential for this role, as these tools will be used for project estimation and management. The candidate should possess a self-motivated attitude, a teachable mentality, and a coachable spirit, as they will be leading a team of professionals in a fast-paced environment.
