About The Position

The Drywall Repair Technician at Superior Contracting & Maintenance is responsible for repairing damaged drywall in residential properties. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• General Liability is preferred, workers compensation is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in drywall repair
• Proficient in drywall installation and repair techniques
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Own tools and reliable transportation
• Living in the US

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate damaged drywall to determine the extent of repair needed.
• Repair and replace damaged drywall using appropriate techniques and materials.
• Prepare surfaces for repair by cutting, measuring, and fitting drywall.
• Apply compounds and textures to drywall surfaces to ensure a seamless finish.
• Ensure availability of necessary materials for each project.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines on every job.
• Communicate effectively with account managers and clients to ensure project success.
