Drywall Repair Technician
About The Position
A growing national company is looking for motivated individuals to join our team of drywall repair specialists. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, articulate, outgoing, personable and presentable, and can follow a specific process to perform quality drywall repairs. PatchMaster approaches each job systematically with an experienced hand and, more importantly, an expert eye. This expertise is critical when it comes to blending the repair with the original surface. What’s more, we’ll work with you until it’s an exact match, even if it means coming back. This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee. Requirements
- 5+ years of working with drywall installation or repairs required
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Candidates are required to possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and pass a pre-employment background investigation and drug test.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in construction, carpentry, or home repair a plus
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs

Responsibilities
- The technician is expected to have experience in drywall repair, drywall installation, or general home repair; however, we are willing to train the right individual.
Benefits
- Salary based on experience and qualifications.
- Performance bonuses in addition to base pay are possible after a training period.
- Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
