About The Position
We’re hiring a Drywall Project Manager / Estimator to lead commercial drywall projects from bid through closeout. This role combines estimating accuracy with hands-on project coordination and field oversight.
Requirements
- Experience managing and estimating commercial drywall projects
- Strong budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused communication
Responsibilities
- Manage drywall project budgets, schedules, and subcontractors end to end
- Prepare accurate estimates for materials, labor, and total project costs
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects on track
- Review plans and drawings to identify scope gaps and risks
- Ensure safety compliance and high-quality workmanship on all jobs
