About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Drywall Project Manager / Estimator to oversee commercial drywall and metal framing projects from pre-construction through final closeout. This role combines detailed estimating, field coordination, scheduling oversight, and cost control to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in commercial drywall construction and strong leadership skills to manage multiple active projects efficiently.

Requirements

Proven experience in commercial drywall and/or metal framing construction
Strong estimating, cost control, and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Solid understanding of commercial construction workflows and scheduling
Professional, client-facing communication abilities
Proficiency with estimating and project management software preferred
Valid driver’s license and ability to visit job sites as required

Responsibilities

Manage commercial drywall and metal framing projects from bid award through completion
Prepare detailed takeoffs, cost estimates, and competitive proposals for drywall scopes
Coordinate field supervisors, subcontractors, and material procurement
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
Track change orders, cost performance, and project documentation
Monitor job-site progress to ensure quality and safety compliance
Communicate effectively with general contractors and internal teams to manage scope and timelines
Support seamless transition from estimating phase to active project execution
