About the position
MB Drywall Solutions is seeking a dynamic Foreman for Metal Framing & Drywall to lead projects and ensure the delivery of high-quality work. The role involves supervising a team, attending project meetings, and maintaining effective communication with General Contractor Superintendents, all while adhering to safety guidelines and project specifications.
Responsibilities
- Leading and supervising a team to complete projects involving metal framing and drywall.
- Attending regular project meetings to discuss progress and challenges.
- Building relationships and effectively communicating with General Contractor Superintendents.
- Gathering necessary information required for change orders.
- Enforcing safety guidelines laid out by OSHA & ANSI standards.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints accurately.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in drywall installation and metal framing.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to read and decipher blueprints.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Integrity and professionalism in interactions with team members.
