About The Position
We are seeking dedicated Dryfold Worker/Production Associates to join our team in a fast-paced healthcare laundry facility. You'll handle hospital linens — feeding clean items into machines, folding, sorting, and preparing linens for delivery to our hospital partners.
Responsibilities
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures.
- Sort, fold, and pack clean linen items.
- Inspect linen to ensure it meets quality standards.
- Pouch and label sterile products using heat-sealing equipment.
- Maintain productivity and quality targets.
- Keep work areas organized and clean.
- Train new team members after mastering job functions.
- Suggest improvements for workflow efficiency.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
