About The Position
The position involves promoting and maintaining positive, effective relationships with grower members while managing a Sunsweet Dehydrator and onsite Walnut Huller. The role requires supervising the dryer workforce to maximize labor efficiency and ensuring the highest degree of sanitation and safety standards. The individual will also be responsible for directing the maintenance of dryer buildings and equipment, developing and monitoring the dryer operations budget, and managing all fruit receipts and shipments.
