Operates the hydraulic dump for unloading sawdust. Operates the dust dryer system. Operates APV evaporator.

Requirements

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred but not required.
• Ability kneel, bend, squat, stoop, carry, reach, stand, grip, push, pull, arm extensions and perform elevated work.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Abilility to work overtime and use a flexible schedule.
• PFT & respirator fit test required
• Working at heights / climbing ladders
• Ability to work in hot, cold or wet environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized sawdust handling area.
• Follow and complete Master Sanitation Schedule.
• Assists in the maintenance of the dryer and auxiliary equipment.
• Assists in furnace operation as needed, provides back up when needed.
• Maintains current & accurate production logs and MSS.
• Ensures compliance with air permit special requirements pertaining to cyclones.
• Keeps drum dryer area clean and safe.
• Comply with all corporate safety and environmental regulations and procedures.
• Comply with all HACCP Food Safety procedures, GMP'S, and guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
