About The Position

Looking for an experienced drywall finisher to join our team!

Requirements

• Have journeyman+ carpentry skills
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety regulations, operation and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to work with tools, such as, power and non-powered hand tools
• Willing and able to follow instructions and ask clarifying questions
• Ability to handle materials that can weigh up to 200Ibs
• Strong attention to detail
• Lift and handle materials with care and safety
• Pay close attention to detail in all carpentry tasks to ensure quality workmanship

Responsibilities

• Hang drywall on walls and ceilings
• Tape, mud, and finish drywall to paint-ready condition
• Perform patches, repairs, and texture matching
• Install corner bead and backing as required
• Maintain a clean and safe jobsite
• Follow company procedures and OSHA safety standards
• Drywall install and finishing
• Execute multi-trade scopes per plans and direction
• Maintain jobsite safety, quality, and cleanliness
• Identify and report unforeseen conditions
• Coordinate with project managers and other trades
