About The Position
BW Mitchum Trucking is seeking dedicated and professional CDL Class A Company Drivers for over-the-road (OTR) positions. Our company has been family-owned and operated for 75 years, establishing a reputation as a leader in customized intermodal and domestic transportation. We pride ourselves on treating our drivers as part of the family, ensuring they have a rewarding driving career with great home time and no forced dispatch. Our drivers haul loads in 53-foot trailers, with routes that do not extend further west than Texas or further north than the Pennsylvania/New York border. We offer 100% no-touch freight, allowing our drivers to focus on the road without the hassle of loading and unloading freight. As a driver with BW Mitchum Trucking, you will enjoy the ability to earn up to 60 cents per mile for all miles driven. We provide transition pay, paid orientation, and a yearly bonus, ensuring that our drivers are compensated fairly for their hard work. Our drivers are paid weekly via direct deposit, and we offer a comprehensive medical, dental, and vision package, along with paid group life insurance and paid time off (PTO). Additionally, we have a rider policy available after 30 days, allowing drivers to share their journey with family or friends.
