About The Position

The Dry Storage Associate is responsible for delivering a superior experience to all of our guests. He/ She along with the Dry Storage Team will schedule vessels for retrieval, storage, and launch. They will also keep the area clean, safe, and well maintained. When they are not working in dry storage, they could be asked to fill in as a dockhand.

Requirements

• Some knowledge of marina operations or willingness to be trained in them
• Proven track record or innate ability to interface with customers positively and successfully
• Exhibited ability to quickly and efficiently adapt to change as needed

Responsibilities

• Spotting Forklift Operators in dry storage
• Cleaning vessels when removed from dry storage
• Provides the highest level of customer and guest services, expedites any and all requests from vessels including transport of patrons and baggage to and from dockside, delivery of provisions and packages
• Carries out routine cleaning duties that meet established quality standards for all marina related operations; ensures the recognized standards are maintained and that quality, and delivery commitments are met
