About The Position

Our Order Selectors are responsible for pulling product from racks using wearable scanners, placing product correctly onto pallets, and then delivering the pallets to a loading area to be loaded. They will be certified to drive pallet jacks to do these tasks. Employees may work in the dry, cooler, or freezer departments of our warehouse. You control your pay. Our order selectors are paid by the case with no cap, so the more you pull, the more you make.

Requirements

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• Able to lift up to 100 pounds on occasion
• Standing and walking 100% of the time
• Bending and stooping 100% of the time
• 10–12-hour shifts (overtime may be required based on workload)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in chilled areas when needed
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work well on a team but be self-motivated and independent.

Responsibilities

• Correctly label order shipments so they are instantly and easily identifiable
• Perform visual inspections of items to ensure orders are correct, undamaged, and ready for shipment
• Locate and select specific items within the warehouse to fulfill customer orders
• Operate equipment and ensure safety regulations are followed
• Perform other general warehouse duties as needed
