As a Dry Goods Keyholder, you play an important role in supporting the management team with store operations. The expected base wage for this New York based position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr with commission and overtime eligibility. Successful candidates’ wages will be determined based on their individual qualifications for the position. Pay range listed is provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.
Responsibilities
- Own the customer experience – greet people sincerely, be friendly and thank every customer
- Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals
- Develop relationships to grow your business
- Highlight product knowledge and services to create the best customer experience
- Unpack and display stock
- Maintain a visually appealing and clean store
- Assist with new hire training
- Open and close the store for business
- Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
