About The Position
As a Dry Goods Keyholder, you will play an important role in supporting the management team with store operations. Your primary focus will be to provide exceptional customer service through relationship building, sharing product knowledge, and maintaining a clean and exciting store environment.
Requirements
- Ability to provide one-of-a-kind service through relationship building, sharing product knowledge, and presenting a clean and exciting store
- Ability to execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals
- Ability to develop relationships to grow business
- Ability to highlight product knowledge and services to create the best customer experience
- Ability to unpack and display stock
- Ability to maintain a visually appealing and clean store
- Ability to assist with new hire training
- Ability to open and close the store for business
- Availability to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
