Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will operate dry mix equipment, support production flow, and maintain high standards for safety, quality, and efficiency. You will contribute to a collaborative environment where communication and accuracy ensure smooth operations and consistent product quality.

Requirements

• The understanding needed to work with basic machine settings and operations.
• Physical capability to: Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Pull, push, drag, or move objects up to or exceeding 10 pounds frequently.

Nice To Haves

• 1–2 years of machine operation experience (preferred).
• Familiarity with GMPs and safety practices (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple machines and equipment in the dry mix area while maintaining a safety‑first mindset.
• Inspect bagged product, monitor the casepacker, and assist the Forklift Operator with loading totes onto the tote elevator.
• Complete quality checks and documentation according to standard work.
• Verify code dates, packaging materials, product specifications, and conduct metal detector checks.
• Read and follow safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices, required PPE, and all Conagra policies.
• Identify and escalate food safety risks to a lead or supervisor.
• Perform assigned cleaning and preventative maintenance to keep the work area safe and sanitary.
