About The Position

Beverly Wilshire a Four Seasons Hotel Beverly Wilshire a Four Seasons Hotel The Beverly Wilshire a Four Seasons Hotel is looking for a Dry Cleaner/Spotter/Presser who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. This position has the opportunity to shape guest experience by providing exceptional service in support of our world-renowned hotels. The Dry Cleaner reports to the Laundry Manager. Work authorization for the location is required.

Responsibilities

• Sorts, processes and finishes Guest Clothing and Employee Uniforms to exacting standards.
• Tags Guest items, sorts for appropriate action (Washing, dry cleaning, pressing or repair) and then processes the clothing on the correct equipment using the appropriate chemicals and temperature. Once processed, folds or hangs the clothing as desired.
• Sorts employee uniforms for appropriate action (Washing, dry cleaning, pressing or repair) and then processes the clothing on the correct equipment using the appropriate chemicals and temperature. Once processed, hangs and transports clean uniforms to Housekeeping.
• Operates and maintains washer, dryer, dry cleaning machine, steam tunnel, presser and iron.
• Reports any problems or deficiencies to manager.
• Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
• Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
