We’re on the lookout for a motivated Production Associate to join our manufacturing team and help keep production running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working with tools, and being part of a dynamic factory environment. As a Production Associate, you’ll be involved in various stages of the manufacturing process, ensuring products are executed efficiently and safely. If you’re eager to learn, reliable, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced facility, this position offers a great opportunity to grow your skills and be part of a dedicated team.
Requirements
- Ability to work in different climates (cold or hot)
- Ability to work with cleaning chemicals
- Ability to work with others and to be self-directed
- Possess mathematical and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to problem solve and multi-task
- Basic computer skills required
Responsibilities
- Responsible for following all applicable quality and food safety procedures and policies
- Ensure adherence to proper personal safety regulations, policies and procedures
- Follow all GMP’s, personal safety, and food safety guidelines & accurately maintain company records and forms
- Maintain the work area and ensure equipment is in clean and orderly condition
- Must be able to operate machinery and perform tasks in the production and packaging of food products
- Safely operate a forklift
- Report any defective materials or questionable conditions to the Production Supervisor
