We are seeking two skilled Drupal Developer to join our team. The ideal candidates have strong experience with Drupal (Drupal 8 or later; Drupal 10 preferred), modern web development practices, and familiarity with DevOps workflows. These roles focuses on maintaining and enhancing Drupal environments, supporting codebase management, and ensuring site performance, security, and accessibility. Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential, as you will work closely with marketing, IT, stakeholders, and other campus partners to deliver reliable solutions.

  • Develop and maintain Drupal-based websites and applications.
  • Support institutional website maintenance and assist with migrations from legacy systems to Drupal.
  • Collaborate with designers, project managers, and stakeholders to implement technical requirements.
  • Develop custom Drupal modules, themes, and integrations.
  • Assist with CI/CD workflows using tools such as Bitbucket, GitHub Actions, or similar.
  • Work with hosting environments, preferably Pantheon, and utilize Terminus for automation.
  • Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and responsive design best practices.
  • Optimize websites for performance, scalability, and security.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during development and production.
  • Stay current with Drupal community best practices and emerging web technologies.
  • Architect Drupal-based websites and applications.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Bitbucket, GitHub Actions, or similar.
  • Manage hosting environments, preferably Pantheon, and utilize Terminus for automation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 2 years of professional web development experience, including 2 years focused on Drupal.
  • Experience with Drupal 8 or later.
  • Equivalent experience of 4 years if no bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 3 years (total) of professional web development experience, including 3 years (total) focused on Drupal.
  • Proficient Drupal experience (Drupal 8 or later; Drupal 10 preferred).
  • Knowledge of PHP, Composer, Drush, and configuration management in Drupal.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
  • Basic familiarity with Pantheon hosting platform and Terminus CLI.
  • Understanding of CI/CD workflows and version control systems (Bitbucket, Git, etc.).
  • Database management skills (MySQL or similar).
  • Understanding of web accessibility standards, SEO best practices, and security hardening.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Good communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Expert-level Drupal experience (Drupal 8 or later; Drupal 10 strongly preferred).
