About The Position

Open Auditions: You must attend an in person audition on Tuesday, December 30th @ 4pm to be considered for this role. Please complete online application prior to audition. December 30th- 4pm check in at Human Resources Check-In Location: 3605 East Bougainvillea Ave - Human Resources Building no applicants will be accepted past 4pm Please prepare 16 measures of a pop selection and 16 measures of a jazz selection What you get to do: Perform 4-6 theater shows per daily schedule to include special functions, rehearsals, and recordings Participate in maintaining Busch Gardens cleanliness standards Provide and maintain specific instrument including working condition and appearance Perform all other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to sight read music
• Outgoing and friendly personality- versatile and ability to improvise
• Outstanding performance and showmanship while performing set musical selections
• Flexible with work hours and working conditions
• Willingness to own and keep instrument in working condition
• Communicate professionally and effectively with ambassadors and guests
• Must be able to lift, push, pull and/or carry up to 30 lbs. on a frequent basis
• Position engages in extensive walking and standing throughout entire work shift and climb/ascend heights (if needed/required)
• Must be able to work indoors and outdoors, in varying Florida weather, to include extreme heat.
• Position may be exposed to fumes, dust, odors and cold/heat temperature extremes and theatrical elements
• Perform the following physical activities: kneeling, squatting, bend floor-to waist/waist-to-overhead, reach overhead, simple grasp and fine hand manipulation tasks(use of tools/keyboard/writing)
• Perform all cleaning duties; including use of cleaning chemicals
• Must be flexible in work locations as placement will depend on business needs and career development opportunities
