About The Position
Northwest High School Band: Drumline Leader Position Criteria: Demonstrate aptitude for performing tasks listed Must exhibit ethical practices and be a role model to students Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable Performance Criteria: Place students on appropriate percussion instruments Schedule pre-season rehearsals, including all percussion aspects of marching band camp Schedule weekly sectionals in the fall and the spring Attend performances; assist with student supervision Collaborate with Marching Band staff including Directors and Color Guard Directors as needed Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the District
