About The Position

Deliver a structured before-school activity that promotes belonging, safety, and student engagement. Arrive on time and ensure proper setup of materials, space, and equipment. Take accurate attendance and monitor student participation in the Before School Club Hub. Maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment aligned with DSST’s Core Values and student expectations. Communicate proactively with the Athletics & Activities Director about attendance, student concerns, material needs, or schedule changes. Submit a club session outline for the year to the Athletics & Activities Director. Participate in brief check-ins, onboarding, and training as required. Participate in Wolfstock at the end of the year to showcase the club's learnings, content, skills, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Weekly facilitation of the assigned club/activity during scheduled before-school hours.
  • An outline of the club activities for each week throughout the year.
  • Safe and consistent supervision of all students assigned to the club.
  • Weekly completion of student attendance in the Before School Club Hub.
  • Content or activity to showcase at the end of year Wolfstock event.
  • Optional: brief end-of-semester reflection on successes and needs.
