About The Position

A Drug Testing Technician is responsible for administering drug tests and the provision of test results and technical assistance to company staff and governmental agencies. This role operates under direct or general supervision.

Requirements

• 1 year of proven Customer Service experience
• Clean background and able to pass a drug screening
• Strong verbal and communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
• Plan, organize and assign the work of others
• Apply policies, procedures, and best practices
• Perform computer data entry
• Work within a team structure
• Define problems, collect and analyze data, and determine valid solutions
• Recognize and meet needs of customer/end user
• Maintain focus and perform required duties while interacting with disagreeable customers/end users

Responsibilities

• Administers Urinal Analyses samples per protocol and chain of custody procedures.
• Manages daily communication, billing and maintenance items.
• Other duties as assigned.
