Requirements
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Valid Drives License
- Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office Suite
- Obtain DOT Urine Specimen Collector certification within two (2) weeks of employment.
- Obtain DOT EBT (Evidential Breath Testing) certification within two (2) weeks of employment.
- Obtain Hair Collection Training Certificate within two (2) weeks of Employment.
- Experience driving a box truck (Up to 23 feet in length) (Training provided)
- Must speak, read and write in English.
- Required to talk, listen, walk, sit, stand, use hands, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms.
- Lifts up to forty (40) pounds.
- Climbs stairs.
- Must sit and drive a commercial truck for periods of time.
Responsibilities
- Drives a company provided vehicle to client locations and performs drug tests.
- May perform collections following DOT specimen collections guidelines, which includes direct observation and possible oral swab sample collection.
- May perform breath alcohol testing following DOT alcohol testing guidelines.
- May perform hair collections following Psychemedics guidelines.
- Performs other related duties as assigned
