Responsibilities

Learn and understand regulated and non-regulated drug testing procedures
Obtain certification as a Drug Test and Breath Alcohol Technician (training provided by NowCare)
Greet and check in patients at the front desk; verify requested services
Accurately enter patient demographic and testing information into the electronic system
Prepare appropriate testing and consent forms
Conduct drug and alcohol screenings in accordance with company protocols
Log, label, and prepare specimens for shipment to the laboratory
Scan and upload documentation into patient records
Maintain organized and accurate filing systems
Ensure testing rooms are fully stocked with necessary supplies
Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace at all times
Provide on-site collections at client locations as needed
