About The Position

As a Drug Rebate Specialist at Gainwell, you will support Medicaid drug rebate operations by ensuring accurate processing, resolving disputes, and maintaining compliance with state and federal guidelines. Requirements

1+ year of experience working with Medicaid drug rebate programs or pharmacy-related operations
Experience in PBM, pharmacy technician roles, Medicaid, or healthcare claims environments
Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, Medicaid policy, and HIPAA standards
Demonstrated analytical skills with ability to research discrepancies and resolve issues
Proficiency in Excel and basic reporting tools
