This position involves completing a 4-12 week training program, which includes both internal (4-6 weeks) and external (8-12 weeks) training, in preparation for a department manager role. The selected candidate will travel within the division to train and provide relief as needed. The primary focus will be on creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service, while also establishing and maintaining a safe and clean environment that encourages customer return. The role requires achieving sales and profit goals set for the department and monitoring all established quality assurance standards. Additionally, the candidate will direct and supervise all functions, duties, and activities for the department, supporting the day-to-day operations of the Drug/GM departments. The candidate is expected to embrace the company's values and encourage associates to deliver excellent customer service.
