About The Position

This position involves completing a comprehensive training program lasting between 4 to 12 weeks, with internal training spanning 4 to 6 weeks and external training lasting 8 to 12 weeks. The role requires travel within the division to provide training and relief as needed. The primary focus is on creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service while establishing and maintaining a safe and clean environment that encourages customer return. Additionally, the position entails achieving sales and profit goals set for the department and monitoring all established quality assurance standards.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 4-12 week training program in preparation for a department manager position.
• Travel within the division to train and provide relief.
• Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service.
• Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages customer return.
• Achieve sales and profit goals established for the department.
• Monitor and control all established quality assurance standards.
• Direct and supervise all functions, duties, and activities for the department.
• Support the day-to-day functions of the Drug/GM operations.
