About The Position
This position is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service, establishing and maintaining a safe and clean environment, achieving sales and profit goals, monitoring quality assurance standards, and directing, supporting, and supervising all functions for the Drug GM department. The role also requires demonstrating the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. Smith’s Food and Drug, merged with The Kroger Company in 1998, serves customers in over 140 stores across multiple states. Responsibilities
- Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service.
- Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return.
- Achieve sales and profit goals established for the department, and monitor and control all established quality assurance standards.
- Direct, support and supervise all functions, duties and activities for the Drug GM department.
- Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
