About The Position
The DRUG-GEN MDSE/CLERK position is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service and maintaining a safe and clean environment to encourage customer returns. This role assists the department manager in achieving sales and profit goals, monitors quality assurance standards, and promotes the Customer 1st strategy by encouraging excellent customer service from associates. The clerk is also expected to demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety of others. Responsibilities
- Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service.
- Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return.
- Assist the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals established for the department.
- Monitor all established quality assurance standards.
- Embrace the Customer 1st strategy and encourage associates to deliver excellent customer service.
