About The Position

This position is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service, establishing and maintaining a safe and clean environment, and achieving sales and profit goals for the department. The role involves monitoring and controlling quality assurance standards, directing and supervising all functions and activities for the Drug/GM department, and supporting its day-to-day operations. The Assistant Department Leader is expected to embrace the Customer 1st strategy, encourage excellent customer service, and demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. Responsibilities

Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service.
Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return.
Achieve sales and profit goals established for the department.
Monitor and control all established quality assurance standards.
Direct and supervise all functions, duties and activities for the Drug/GM department.
Support the day-to-day functions of Drug/GM operations.
