About The Position

The Drug-Gen Mdse/Asst Dept Leader is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service, establishing and maintaining a safe and clean environment, and achieving sales and profit goals for the Drug/GM department. This role involves monitoring and controlling quality assurance standards, directing and supervising all functions and activities within the department, and supporting day-to-day operations. The leader is expected to embrace the Customer 1st strategy, encourage associates to deliver excellent customer service, and demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. Responsibilities

  • Direct and supervise all functions, duties and activities for the Drug/GM department.
  • Support the day-to-day functions of Drug/GM operations.
