About The Position

The picking and/or packing associate role shares in the overall responsibility for picking, packing, and scanning dropship orders that are sent daily. Responsible for picking items from picking location; packing if needed Maintain 25 package per hour ship rate Use WMS to scan item to generate label(s) Load packages on assign small parcel carriers for shipping; Palletize based on company and partner guidelines Replenish quick pick location for easy picking Operate material handling equipment to transport product within the warehouse Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Forklift experience required
• Requires standing, bending, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• PC and computer system knowledge is necessary
• 3+ years of warehouse experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Ability to multi-task and organize projects as well as a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
