About The Position

Muckleshoot Indian Bingo is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented professional to join their team as a Drop & Count Clerk. The role involves collecting and counting money in accordance with policy, operating 10-key calculators and computers, and preparing cash for transfer. Muckleshoot Indian Bingo, established in 1985, has grown from a small bingo tent into a state-of-the-art 55,000 square foot entertainment space, boasting two floors with over 1,000 bingo seats and over 500 Vegas-style slot machines. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Six (6) months of cash handling experience required.

Responsibilities

• Completes the necessary forms for the daily count.
• Operate 10-key calculators, computers, performs calculations and produces documents.
• Prepare cash for transfer to the Cage.
• Collect and replace Financial Instrument Storage Units to Player Terminals daily.
• Secure collection and accurate recording of Financial Instrument Storage Units.
• Assists with the delivery of Financial Instrument Storage Units to the Count Room.
• Open, empty, count, and sort the contents of the Financial Instrument Storage Units.
• Complete an accurate Daily Count Summary.
• Reconcile amounts counted with amounts entered.
• In conjunction with the Tribal Gaming Agency, ensures compliance of all Drop and Count procedures in relationship to Drop and Count minimum internal control standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
