About The Position
DCOMM, Inc. is growing — and we want you on our team! We’re seeking Drop Bury Technicians to join us as W2 employees . If you have experience burying fiber optic or coaxial cable drops and take pride in quality work, this is a great opportunity to earn top pay with flexible scheduling. If you haven’t done this type of work, but you have recent experience working within a skilled trade that is primarily outdoors, we will train the right person !
Requirements
- Pass a drug test and background check
- Experience in fiber optic burial and knowledge of construction safety practices – OR – if you have experience working in outdoor related skilled trades such as construction, electrical, plumbing, or landscaping, we can train you for this role
- Willingness to travel as needed
Responsibilities
- Bury fiber and coax drops at residential and commercial properties
- Perform driveway and road bores as required
- Restore job sites to a clean and professional condition
- Work independently or manage your own crew to complete assigned work orders
- Communicate effectively with project managers and coordinators
