About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Drop Bury Technician to join our team. The Drop Bury Technician will be responsible for installing and maintaining underground cable systems, ensuring high-quality service delivery to our customers. This role requires a strong attention to detail, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety.

Requirements

Previous experience in cable installation or a related field.
Knowledge of underground cable installation techniques and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Install and bury underground cables for telecommunications and internet services.
Perform site surveys to determine the best installation routes.
Operate and maintain equipment such as trenchers, plows, and boring machines.
Ensure all installations comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
Troubleshoot and repair any issues with buried cables.
Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
