About The Position

American Transport Team is seeking a CDL-A Regional Company Driver for a full-time position specializing in Dry Van freight. This role offers a consistent mileage and reliable home time, with drivers returning home on weekends. The position is a W-2 Company Driver role, operating solo in a regional multi-state operation. The fleet consists of International ProStars and Freightliner Cascadias, equipped with 1500-watt inverters, and offers both automatic and manual transmission options. The company provides a Pay Protection Program that guarantees a dependable paycheck every week, along with a new higher CPM pay scale system and increased bonus structure, ensuring higher and more predictable earnings than ever.

Requirements

• 12 months of OTR CDL-A tractor-trailer experience.
• Must pass a road test.
• No SAP drivers accepted.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Pre-employment drug test required.
• Clean background and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drive a CDL-A tractor-trailer for regional multi-state operations.
• Transport Dry Van freight with 100% no-touch freight.
• Complete a road test to demonstrate driving skills.
• Participate in 3 days of paid orientation.
